Individual Therapy

$160 (Initial session rate may vary)

I typically schedule sessions for 60 minutes, although first sessions may last longer - approximately 75-90 minutes - as schedules allow. If you have time constraints, particularly during our first visit, please don't hesitate to let me know. My style in session is supportive, collaborative, and empathetic. I hope to create a safe space where you, as the client, experience nourishing communication and nonjudgmental presence, where you are free to choose where the conversation goes. I'll share more about my style and influences as this website continues to develop, but meanwhile please know you are welcome to ask questions, tell me if something doesn't feel helpful, or ask for more of some things and less of others.

Currently, I am able to work with clients through either a private pay model (out of pocket) or as an in-network provider for insurance including:

  • Premera Blue Cross

  • Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • First Choice Health Network

  • Tricare

Clinical Supervision

$80 (standard rate)

Supervision sessions are typically scheduled weekly for 60 minutes per session, although this is flexible as schedules allow.

I've worked professionally in a variety of settings, and I enjoy bringing that background to the table ... and I've had a variety of supervision experiences, too. As I begin providing clinical supervision, I'm blending those experiences I've had with healthy doses of curiosity and appreciation. I know what I'm bringing to the table, and I look forward to hearing and honoring what you bring to the table. We’ll engage in thoughtful exploration of what it means to be a social worker, how we apply the NASW Code of Ethics in practice, and how we develop sustainable professional practice doing work that matters. Please know you are welcome to ask questions, tell me if something doesn't feel helpful, or ask for more of some things and less of others.

My regular rate for supervision services is $80 per hour. Monthly packaged rates may be negotiated as part of our supervision contract.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Contact Horses Guiding Humans for more information on this unique model or to schedule an appointment. This service is offered in Graham and is only available in person.

I partner with the team at Horses Guiding Humans on Mondays, and there are several other providers available throughout the week. We are trained through the EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) and ARCH (Arenas for Change) models of unmounted equine assisted therapy, and you’ll be paired with a team comprised of a mental health provider and an equine specialist who will guide and support your interaction with my favorite four-legged colleagues. We often say the horses are doing the real work!

HGH strives to connect with a variety of resources to make equine assisted psychotherapy services accessible to as many of our neighbors as possible, with a special interest in serving veterans and their families. Please contact HGH directly to learn more about current programs and funding.
